I queried a purchase at Game Feb 2013, a tv that was purchased in Aug 2009 taken over 24 months, however i am still charged currently on my game statement for it. I had made calls thereafter following up on the query and was told they are working on a refund. When I had called 2 weeks ago to follow up the consultant says there is no query logged and that she does not know what I am talking about. I asked to speak to the manager he says I was not paying a suffient amount towards my account. The amount due on my monthly statement are paid every month. The manager then says he will send it to high management and call me back with feedback. I have not received a call since. I need to speak to someone, higher in charge.
