"our mission is to deliver the best service you've ever experienced" is what Ive been listening to whilst waiting on hold for your call centre to answer... for the last 25 minutes...

I opened an account with afrihost 2 months ago. they didnt bother to tell me that they in fact couldnt start hosting my site, or handling my line rental, until I had migrated back to telkom. My current service providers require a months notice (fairly) to do this. But in the transition period, afrihost has still been billing me for services that I havent yet started using!

I called their call center about it after my first debit- I was told Id recieve a credit, this was never done.

Im now trying to resolve the problem by calling the call center again but Afrihosts success has clearly come at a cost- their service, as it is impossible to get through.

Extremely disappointed and want my money back :(
