Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Cell C Contrac

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note10.1 With a Cell C Data package.
No or poor reception.
Cell C came a nd tested the reception and suggested return of goods to Nashua Mobile.
Lots of excusses now they say the plug is lost out of the box although I returned all parts and items to store manager who checked parts and items and filled in canselation form.
Only now that I have asked for assurance that the contract is finally cansled they have this poor excuse.
I have had it with them.
Please Help.
