No repsonse - pathetic customer service

I tried to cancel my MTN contract (on my second phone number) more than a month on LiveChat on MTN's website ago and am still paying for it. After sending them an e-mail to confirm cancellation, I get no response. I tried calling, and am put on hold for 12 minutes. This is ridiculous. I am on the verge of cancelling my other MTN contract. The customer service is appalling!!
