On 3rd September I called 083 900 1212 to report lack of coverage at my place of residence (Ref # 0057403). Today is 1st October and I have yet to receive a phone call from MTN, let alone solve my problem. Have called the Call Centre 3 times only to be told that the matter has been ESCALATED and that someone would call me. Nothing doing. I have visited the Morningside disService centre 3 times and they can not help me. In frustration; last Friday I took back their sim cards and filed for my contract to be cancelled. On Monday 29th September I again visited Morning side and still could not get confirmation of my cancellation.
