Hi all, so i have a sony xperia z, waterproof and toughen glass phone, which is not older than 6month.

The phone switched off suddenly last week and couldnt power on. Vodacom has now sent me an estimate of 4500 rand to repair this phone for an lcd replacement and battery failure.

No details on the repair note was given, i called the call center and was advised my phone was out of my warranty date, i corrected them and they apologized. it is now 3HOURS later and no update i requested a technical report. The technicians are currently busy.
