About warranty and takes forever to respond

8/4:Order purchased
15/5:Accidentally crack rear glass. Still working 100% no problem
17/9:Starts constantly vibrating. RMA done for this
30/9:Orange say its out of warranty because of cracked rear glass. I contest this, its the manufacturer constant vibrating defect I need fixed
1/10:After contesting through more mails, Orange calls and say they will send it to SSS Cellular, Sony Repair center in JHB to officially see if its under warranty
15/10:Update request, no answer
17/10:Orange say they are requesting a document of rejection from repair center, I must wait
24/10:Update request. Orange say they will "push for confirmation today"
30/10:Update request, no answer
4/11:Again.
8/11:Request update again. Orange now want me to accept out-of-warranty repair at my cost. Attaches a fake rejection form "from Sony's repair center". 1) IMEI number on the form is not my phone's. 2) Date is 30/7/13, 2 months before I even requested an RMA. 3) Addressed from UK, not SSS Cellular. 4) Attached file was renamed to this date, an attempt to trick me into accepting it was rejected. I reply this and ask where my phone is. No answer
12/11:Update request, still no answer

Very frustrating.
