I made a complaint on 25 August 2013 at 12:06. Untill today we had no feedback no response. I am reading these complaints about your company service and must say It looks like it your policy not to sort out problems. It is nice to just take money for services we never subscribed to. When will you inform us where is our money or do you just pay 3rd parties for services we count not even get on the card.

Please sort it out.
