Letting other Companies (INTEGRAT006)

I noticed today that you let deduct up to 3 times a day from my cell c account. Now I do not use this account and it is not even in a phone now for months, but yet you let these INTEGRAT006 started deducting money from my account since end August 2013? Who subscribed to this service and who gave you the right to deduct my account and from me? I want each and every Cent they from me back and it better be soon as I will take you to the Ombudsman and to the Consumer act as I have proof that this Sim Card has not been in a phone now for months. I have never ever subscribed to anything on any cellphone or on the Internet as I know what these do. You better sort this out and your incompetent Call Centre staff are not helpful at all and give you incorrect contact numbers to phone. I expect you who let people deduct my account to sort this out and I will get a full refund of this money from the date they started from YOU.
