Cell C
More than R1500 charged for services

Over the last 3 months Cell C has billed me more than R1500 for "services" that i didnt ask for or subscribed to. Im on a 2gb data package for R99 per month but i paid R800 this month alone. Now ive seen all the "waspa" complaints and this is obviously the problem here. First off, I didnt subscribe to these services, i was never notified from Cell C about these "services" and NEVER did i give anyone PERMISSION for this! I am not going to phone WASPA for a refund, the people at Cell C will sort this out as they are my provider and because THEY authorised this on my account. You guys at cell c are the ONLY network without the double opt service and you are aware of this happening everyday but still you bill people for it. Because you allowed these criminals on YOUR network you will sort out this problem yourself because you caused this. Looking foward to hear from you
