Woolworths Visa card Account Harasment

I placed a COMPLAINT on Hello Peter on Friday 27 September 2013 regarding abovementioned subject (WW Visa Card Account Payment Harassment) and i am still waiting for a response from both parties (Woolworths Financial Services and yourselves, Munnik Basson Dagama Inc)..??? I take it both parties don't care about their company's reputation and it's obvious their service leaves a lot to be desired!!! I have sent numerous emails responding to your threats regarding my account which get ignored yet your company find the time to still harass me with threatening letters stating i still owe Woolworths money...???

I think Woolworths Financial Services and Munnik Basson Dagama Inc Attorneys are completely incompetent!!!
