DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MTN

I took out a top up contract with MTN in 2010 and when it expired, we did not renew or upgrade the contract. The sim card was no longer in use either. MTN continued debiting monies from my account for 6 months until we cancelled the contract & got reference numbers to confirm that. 2 days ago, I received a RED letter demanding payment from their debt collectors. I've tried calling the numbers listed on their website and followed voice prompts to no avail. It keeps on saying "All our consultants are busy, try again later" and cutting off! This is PATHETIC service from one of our bigger networks. The consultants are clueless and always always want to pass you on to a similarly dimwitted colleague. I am tired of trying to deal with them.
