Since my last entry is getting deleted soon (they only last 12 months).
I wanted to post update.
I've bundled my Line and Capped account -
My line is purring. My speed is constant 3.6mb/s. My ping is 27ms. My bill has halved over the year. Which allowed me to add mobile onto it. And happy to say my mobile data capped on 5gig on the dot - as promised - there are no out of bundle headaches.
So I got a steady line for bus, and nighttime gaming :) and should it go down, I have mobile back up for home/bus/on the go/and Um a little gaming :)
Afrihost is open about downtime issues, is quick to respond, has a sense of humor when things go south, but always seem to come out on top if it, no matter the issue.
All in all, from the change-over to MTN (and the huge teething problems) to now (present day), a complete turn-around.
