The best customer service in RSA

I have never seen a company that has such excellent customer service capabilities in my entire lifetime. These guys at AfriHost are beyond good. Nevermind their insanely low and unbeatable prices and rates, the coverage for their mobile internet is excellent. R150 a month for 5GB of mobile data (promotional price)? YES PLEASE! I get 6mb speeds while inside corporate buildings, when i was expecting 384k speeds at most! Wow!

I cant get over how quickly they solve problems too. I had a problem with packet loss, so I contacted them via their Twitter page, and they responded and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. I requested assistance on my PC, and went to get some breakfast. When i came back, BOOM! Problem solved.

Lastly, I use a 4mb uncapped line, and I'm amazed how their throttling policy works. After using about 200GB, they only throttle me to 2mb speed during daytime. Nighttime, its perfect 4mb speeds. But thats not all, gaming (where i spend most of my bandwidth) NEVER gets throttled.

I've been telling all my friends about AfriHost and how epic they are.
