Hi,

Ref: AH20130519-59159 - 10mbps uncapped account

The above ref no. means nothing compared to the amount of times I've complained about my internet downtime. I've had my account since Nov and have not had a constant connection for more than 5days or so.

I'm paying for a premium account, I expect to receive a premium service. I have been completely down for 72hours, which means i cannot work for 3 days which costs me MORE money.

I've called numerous times and each time Afrihost blames Telkom for a line fault etc. I battled for months back and forth with Afrihost and Telkom to resolve my "line issue". I have neighbors with no problems with different ISP's - therefore i suggest Afrihost get their act together and SORT OUT MY CONNECTION with the HIGHEST ESCALATION possible. I'm tired of hearing the same thing that you've made a note and a Telkom technician will be out there to assist. I cannot take more time off work to be around for you to fix this, i cannot have anymore down time.

This is your final warning to fix my line or ill change ISP's in under 15 mins! To think i was considering upgrading to a 20/40mb line.

Tired of excuses, put me on a proper exchange!
