I have an existing telkom account. Actually two accounts. On Sunday I decided to set up my telkom account since mwebs service was down again. After phoning telkom numerous times and the consultants disconnecting the call since they realsied that they cannot assist me. I eventually gave up. At about 15h15 I called in again and spoke to Mr. Simon Seloma and WOW what a friendly gentleman. He guided me through the whole process calmly and He knew his thing. Eventually he got me connected. Its because of people like Mr. Simon Seloma that telkom will perform well. Get rid of the bad apples at telkom and keep guys like this that will make telkom a better service provider.
Way to go Mr. Simon Seloma I do hope that Telkom will treasure a person like you.
