This is now the 2nd consecutive month where I have been incorrectly billed and yet there are no answers for it nor has anything been done despite my complaints lodged with MTN. I was billed for BIS services by MTN despite them having signed documents stating I have upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S4 which poses a logical question as to why I would even need BIS. MTN assured me they would refund the money and it will be deducted from my next bill. I have just been notified that not only have they failed to do that but have some h how taken it upon themselves to yet again over bill me making it R213 that I have now been overcharged. This poses the question of whether the billing department have the competence to actually do their job correctly. I am sick and tired of wasting my time and money trying to sort out the issue but leaving this only makes me feel like a victim of. How many incidences like this are actually occurring and going unnoticed is a valid question. As a loyal contracted customer for 9 years now I am extremely disappointed. I hope this will be rectified ASAP as if it is not I will be cancelling my contract and taking my business elsewhere.
