This is not acceptable, I am on a BB package and I'm having problems with my signal and downloads, I went to a mtn store so they can send my phone to repair thinking it needs a soft wear update the phone came back and still had problems went back and no one could help me out they told me that I should try 808 so I did and they send me through to data support which I got some guy to explain to me what is happening with BB's cos my phone is uncapped and he said for my phone to start downloading again I should downgrade, now comes the breach I signed for BB package for two years and in between they change bis without letting customers know about it, they put a block on peoples phones and still want me to pay it, I want to use my phone with out any of this problems, what BB and mtn agreed should not put me in it meaning stopping my phone from working right this not acceptable.
