Opening a contract with 8ta, i am continuously billed for a R95 bundle that i do not receive at all. once phoning the call centre to lay a complaint, they tell me its resolved and the next month i receive the same charge. I've been to the branch, I've emailed the billing specialist and no one has helped me. They say they can't do anything about it which is ridiculous. Had i known this would happen, i would not have opened my contract with a company with pathetic customer service. last month i was credited the money i was overcharged, and got charged the exact same R95 charge once again and no one is willing to resolve this issue. This is a disgrace.
