Worst service eve

Today I went to jet mart middestad mall in Bellville. When I found what I wanted I required help because I needed things from a high self. Then I had to look for a sales person to help, I eventually found them sitting in an aisle having a conversation. When I asked them for help, they looked at me and went on with their conversation. I was so upset I went to another sales person and I asked to see the manager only to be told there isn't a manager on duty but she will find someone who will help. The lady then requested that someone help me no one would. I have never in my life seen such bad service in a store EVER . It's as if the staff wasn't trained to work with customers at all. I'm very disgusted. Very
