Pathetic Service and NO FEEDBACK

It has been 10 days since my last email to Mogau to which I have received no response. There are no contact numbers either to contact him or her. Is there anybody else who can rectify this error and communicate with us???
This is pathetic service from such a large enterprise, Mogau is thick headed and refuses to understand the gist of our complaint. This person is getting paid to not do his/her job and we have to suffer due to his / her incompetency. The problem is still not rectified and failure to do so will result in us having to find a way to communicate with higher authority.
