SABS
NRCS, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

We are innovative designers and we patented and registered new designs with SABS, no problem. But now we have to COMMUNICATE with NRCS, which is a department of SABS, to find out what are the standards and regulations when manufacturing these designs. We were referred to a person called Thabo Mabena, from NRCS. We send him emails about 3 weeks ago, NO RESPONSE, we phoned his landline, NO RESPONSE, we phoned his Cellphone, NO RESPONSE, we even went to NRCS offices and asked for a meeting with Thabo, and they said we cannot make an appointment like this, we have to COMMUNICATE WITH THABO FIRST, and he will setup meeting, how the do we do that if we get no response. Unfortunately, NRCS is the only company in SA who can assists us with this, but what must we do if the service is UP TO *@#$. There is no excuse, we tried every possible way to contact Thabo and still no results. How can we as young new entrepeneurs start something if we don't get the support, they we need, WHAT THEY GET PAID TO DO!!!

All we want to say is it's PATHETIC!!! and we will spread the word about this!!!
