Telkom shops have no contact numbers

How can a telephone company openly say their shops have no contact numbers!!! I need a modem and the first Telkom Direct shop has not had stock on two occasions. No offer to get one in or keep one aside for me. No I must drive to all other branches to see whether one of them perhaps has a modem. I can't phone them because they have no listed number.

This seems to come out of a previous dark age. But then the stats for Telkom pretty much say it all. Remove the ability to communicate and the problem appears to go away.

Telkom, a telecommunications company??? With no comms.
