MTN ignores clients complaint

I've had trouble with my MTN number since October 2012. I've been to 3 MTN shops, lodged numerous internet complaints and must have phoned them at least 10 times, but to no avail. I cannot retrieve my voice messages and at certain times when someone phones, it says my number is invalid. I've had no feedback from any of my complaints and am still battling. Please can you help
