This is my second complaint on Hello Peter in the last 2 months and the 20th complaint and inconvienince. I have lodged several cases billing issues, network issues and the list goes on. The last case logged was for my cancellation of contract. It's now 2 months since I've lodged a case about the network and wanting to cancel. On 28th September and went into Eastgate branch and handed over my device and went ahead with the cancellation. However today is the 14 October and PST and TM complaints are still looking for ways to delay my porting. Vodacom has requested this porting at the beginning on October and yet 8ta cannot still release my number. I'm now tired as theres no one that can talk to to you or any name referrals, as everyday I get false updates from an email TM complaints and not even sure who's responding to this. Everyday it's the same nonsense as different people take on the complaint with no end. I want to speak to someone, I can't do this anymore, I'm in such trouble at work with my network issues half my clients have complained about me. I want out from this network quicken it up, don't waste my time and don't let it fall into another month. HELP!!!
