URGENT!

Hi,

I went to upgrade my contract August 2012! I have a top up contract with MTN. The package I took when I went for an upgrade was for Samsung pocket and included an additional TV with the deal. My contract number is 0718846876. When I went for the upgrade the TV was out of Stock and the system off line!! I did not complete any documentation nor have I received the TV!! after speaking to numerous agents I have decided to complain on Hellopeter... I am not getting any assistance from MTN!
