I have been charged for roaming data that adds up to over 40 hours on the internet per day. According to the itemised billing most days I spent 30 hours on the internet. Last I looked there was only 24 hours in a day. The total for roaming data was R2600. I logged a query 15 days ago and till now I have had no response from the accounts department. I called 808 today (30/09/2013) and was told "sorry, you must pay and when we decide to look at the account we can refund you"
This is unacceptable and I cannot believe it takes so long to settle my query.
MTN has not even tried to help me here, I have been into the MTN store in Greenstone and called the helpline twice to lodge the query but 15 days later the debit order will go off for the incorrect amount. Pathetic!!!
