AWAITING REFUND FOR A MONTH!!!

Good day,

I am extremely frustrated and angry with the way i have been messed around by Smart Works and Nashua!!
I was billed for a cellphone contract i DON'T have and when i ask for my credit i get brushed off!!!

Have have spoken to a total of 9 call centre agents to help me! They to me by saying it will be refunded, which it hasn't been, some say they don't remember speaking to me! This is shocking!

It was a Nashua mistake, but i wait for a month for my refund! This is not on! I have been calling since 2 Sep 2013, and i'm still waiting today!!

This is unexceptionable! If i don't not receive my refund within today or tomorrow, i have going to the Roodepoort record and other papers.
