Its been Almost 8 months, I have been waiting on the to refund my R1390. At wonderpark mall branch the lady by the name Tasia sent the request letter for refund to the head office in March however I have not recieved anything from the till today. I still have a copy of that request letter of refund, she even gave the reason why refund was necessary.

Nashua Mobile is over charging me, I took a laptop contract with a vodacom modem the actual contractual amount was R299.00 but now they are deducting R480.00 I dont know why.

PLEASE HELP.
