Incompetent Service Providing on Orders

Contacted Telkom on 2013/09/26 to order a 2nd ADSL point to be installed in a flat on our current property. The agent at Telkom confirmed the order and gave me a R490-00 quote for the service. The agent was unable to confirm the time and date of installations so she took my Cell number and said she will sms me the details. This NEVER happened. I contacted Telkom this morning (2013/09/30) to confirmt he installations date and time. An agent by the name of Sollie answered my call. I explained to him that I need to confirm the installation date and Sollie said that the service I asked for CANNOT be done. Telkom apparently no longer provide this service. An ADSL pont can only be moved or added providing it's under the same roof in the same house. They CANNOT install it into another building even if it's on the same property. I demanded to speak to a manager seeing as my order was approved by the first agent. Sollie constantly told me someone will call me back even though I told him that I want to speak to a Manager now as Telkom never calls back. He avoided me speaking to Management and after 26min on the call I canceled the order out of frustration. POOR and INCOMPETENT SERVICE.
