Finally someone with brains

Im happy with the service i received today. last week when i phoned to sort out my claim for my phone repair, they said they will call back. still havent received one so far. but when i phoned today, they explained to me what c cover is and why I wasn't on c surance as of yet. long story short, someone actually helped me in what i wanted to know in order to claim for my cellphone repair. and not just transfer me to a different department
