Excellent upgrade, pathetic service!

When you go to the deli, you have to wait until the personnel finish their discussions before they help you. I have requested numerous times from the person that informed me he does the ordering, that more Stuyvesant Silver should be ordered, but to no avail. If they have in stock, it is just not unpacked, like a lot of other stock. The person ordering clearly has no idea of which are the fast selling brands and does not care to find out. His attitude when you ask for something, clearly shows his lack of interest. Magazines are placed on shelves on a Sunday and no Huisgenoot available before 5pm on a Monday! Staff shows no interest in helping, especially at the cigarette counter. Everybody is standing around, chatting away and the customer can wait. It just cannot continue like this.
