Ok so since the 6th of September this year I am trying to get an issue resolved, 1 Hellopeter Complaint lodged 4 x emails sent 4 visits to Walk in Centre, 6 calls to the 10210 Number and still no joy not even the Courtesy of a Response, and to top it off my service just gets cancelled, and I am told sorry only the agent who cancelled it can help and that will be Monday only. I never asked for the service to be cancelled I asked for an extension renewal upgrade of the service. I just wish the consumers in this country would stand together and let us show organizations like Telkom who holds the power us the consumer not them the supplier, bring them to their knees. Now get this matter resolved immediately or else.
