Disappearing data... no explanation from 8ta

TWO WEEKS AGO my data just disappeared from my phone. After speaking to an agent at the call centre my query was still not resolved. The issue was sent to the technicians and even they had nothing to say about the matter. No one can tell me where it went or can say for certain that any updates occurred. Even after calling a second time to enquire about it there was no resolution. The concept is simple: tell me where my data went or give it back.
