My Airtime just disappeared and they dont know how

So... I called the Virgin Mobile CS hotline to log a call as around R450 of my Airtime just disappeared from my account in a period of 3 days. I found that very strange. So I called them. The agent tells me that its because of all the data I used... Once again I found that strange as through Virgin I get 75 megs of free data every month and I never even exceeded that so how was it possible that I could have spent R450 on data if I still had free data left. After explaining that to the agent she then could see my point and said she woul log a call and I would get feed back in 2 working days. Its been almost 2 weeks and no response. Either no one knows whats going on, or Virgin just refuses to credit me my airtime back or no one feels like deeling with this query. Its so sad that as a consumer despit haveing rights and alln (CPA) i still feel there is nothing i can do. I work and have deadlines but no i must go through all these hoops like a clown to get my query looked at.
