MWeb throttles speed - no bandwidth abuse

Without warning my ADSL line speed has dropped drastically. According to MWeb, they are enforcing their AUP (Acceptable Use Policy). What is acceptable use? - they won't say. After scouring local forums I came across MWeb subscribers who download over 250 Gb on a monthly basis and they have not been warned or have had their speeds reduced so I find it very difficult to see how my
