Replacement of a phone

I'm Sipho Mahlangu my phone got 3 months ago. I reported the incident at MTN and the police station and I did take my police report and paperwork for the insurance to MTN. I'm still waiting for feedback from MTN every time I go to MTN they tell me that they are still busy with the matter and I'm paying every month for the phone. Will you kindly help me to get my phone.
