No feedback received

My home was broken into for the 3rd time the past 2 years. case was reported and fingerprints was found. its been more than a month and no feedback received. when we phone the sgt at parow police she had a bad attitude and said that they are very busy and "we not the only case" she has. surely the fingerprints found should have been processed by now. the last time the broke in he also left his clothing behind which was taken in by police station, we also gave info of the person we suspect but still no feedback . this is walking around with a smug look on his face knowing that he got it right for a 3rd time now. i just feel that saps could at least give us feedback and not be so rude when we phone.
