Received bill for almost R4000 for services I didn't use, right before I had to upgrade. They ordered my upgrade phone which took a week, called me to collect, upon arrival told me oops they can't give it to me cause the account has not been settled. (Why did sales person not give that info earlier?) No use telling them there's no way I used R600 in one day (I had a BB) they said its not their problem, we have to pay or they take steps. After a weeks debate we borrow money to pay the account, had to wait almost 2 weeks for new phone cause they gave first one away. They call for us to collect, get there and oops the services are closed for the day. Go the next day and yet again network not online. Took another week to get my phone due to their negligence. The contract we signed for said R200 air time, 200mb data, 200 sms's. Come recharge day I only receive 150mb data and 25sms's along with R200 air time. Now they won't let me use the air time I pay for in the contract to buy more data, (even after I was told that it would be possible) nope have to top up for that. Where do they expect me to get it from? Is this what you call satisfactory client services mtn?
