Unable to process a simple upgrade

I went into the MTN store in Greenacres, Port Elizabeth on 2 October 2013 to upgrade my contract. I had previously had a blackberry and an account that included BIS. Since I was upgrading to a non-blackberry phone, I was asked if I wanted to cancel the BIS, which I did. With the new contract, a bonus of 150MB of data was included which I never received, and on my next bill run never received the data and minutes included in my plan. It turns out that the contract was still on the Blackberry plan, and I was charged R51 additional to my contract amount for the BIS which I had asked to be cancelled. Three phone calls to customer services later, I finally received my data and minutes - at a pro-rata rate. I am still waiting for the 150MB bonus data, which has never been addressed in the numerous emails I have received. The BIS amount was credited to me, but at R45 not the R51 that was originally billed. Just to get that done has taken over a month. Looking at all this, I would have been better off cancelling my contract and moving to another network instead of paying for services which I never received or never will by the looks of things.
