Closed Account, Bad Credit on ITC (Acc:43948176000)

Once again i am on hello peter. i have heard no feedback since the email i was asked to email providing my id number. I logged a request on 12 Sep 2013, at 15:44 and was told via email to email my details which i did. i have since heard anything. If my problem is not resolved by next Friday and my name is not removed from the ITC, i will log a dispute with the credit ombud as per the advice of my lawyers.

Like i said before i have all the recorded calls and you are at fault as in both instances you advised i wouldn't have to pay again and then you billed me and logged my name on the credit bureau!!!

Seems like you only respond to show that you respond on hellopeter and that's it and nothing else is done about it.
