Worst internet eve

In the mornings 6 to 8 my internet is fine but from then on its so slow specially in online gaming. they have checked and checked my account and see no problem but when i use a different ISP its perfect so the line os 100% its my account but they dont seem to understand that.
Going to a different ISP soon not paying for this kind of service.
