Thousands of Telkom clients are struggling with slow internet and also to connect to the internet to play online games (like me) since December last year. During the morning hours everything is working fine but after 14hoo everything is a mess. The number 10210 just keeps ringing and ringing and there is an irritating voice saying that they are busy "fixing" the slow internet. There is just one week left until the Telkom Do Gaming league starts. Other ISP clients dont have this kind of problems and if Telkom cannot fix their mess before the end of this month, i am switching to a different Internet Service Provider. This so called "upgrade" is going to lose them a lot of clients. You can phone them - they dont answer or give you a stupid reply. If you email them they dont reply what more must a client do to get service paid for???
