Illegal subscription fees

For about a month now I am being charged R4.39 a day for a content service called "Total embarrassing". I never subscribed to this service and consider this therefore to be a case of. If I do not get a satisfactory resolution I will lay criminal charges, lay a complaint with WASPA and consider further civil legal action.

A satisfactory resolution is the immediate termination of this service and a refund of all the money taken illegally to date.
