UNAWARE OF CONTENT CHARGES BEING BILLED MONTHLY

I am having endless troubles with waspa and opera telecoms since 26/08/2013 to date who have been deducting funds for content charges for the past 3 months and cnt tell me exactly what its for and why i am being billed and when i can receive a credit? numerous calls and emails and still no winning my side!
