I contacted MTN on the 29/08/2013 to terminate my contract that i have with them. i have never had anything from them, as an agent i spoke to advised once email is received someone will contact me to verify. when i paid my balance off, consultant at south gate mall asked the reason, why i am not upgrading which i told her. Yet MTN with their imcompetent staff/ poor service have not cancel my contract, rather supprise me with the bill. Go through your emails & get this sorted. I have provided MTN with the number that i could be contacted on for any enquiry but they chose to use the number i had on previous contract (how pathetic is that). I have never got any joy from the first deal i had with this service provide as they are never to please their customers rather list them on ITC for every stupid mistakes they made. If there are any competent staff within this service provide, my appeal is that you start changing your policies & procedure cause right now, it's not impressive. i would be a fool to make business with this people again. This was a second time i took a contract with them & i regret it, i thought they would have changed their processes.
