Still no resolution!!! 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING

Since Nashua's last generic feedback, we have not been contacted as of yet!! We are the ones phoning once a week to resolve the issue. Paying for the router that was used for a week, still paying for Internet (that we don't have as we have cancelled it in April already). As of this month, Nashua debited my account R1905 for late termination fees!
Went to the store, on Tuesday, Yolan said she would phone me on Wednesday to sort out this mess. It is Thursday and she still hasn't called... so once again WE have to go in and ask Why is it taking so long???
This is unacceptable! These people call themselves professionals but it is taking them 4 months to sort out their mess, and every time someone else is dealing with us and we have to explain ourselves AGAIN each time and half of the time they don't understand what happened! The response was that we only canceled the dual sim, if that was the case, they would've canceled the dual sim contract, BUT we are still paying for the dual sim contract... they admitted at the branch it was their mistake for not logging the termination correctly...
