Sim Not Recharged And Sim Not Delivered

Hi, I am writing on the behalf of my fiancee who has a 2years contract with AG Cellular. She lost her phone in 0813 and she called AG Cellular to do a SIM swap. She was told to deposit R150 and fax deposit slip to them of which she did on the 13/09/2013. On the 16/09/2013 she called to check if they received the deposit slip as noone called to confirm, she was unable to get help as she was told the person she faxed the deposit slip was not at work that day. She called back after two days and she was told told that they received the deposit slip. I don't understand why the customers are the ones who should be calling them especially as the number is not even a toll free number. She pays R399 a month for 2 SIM cards which they recharge on the 15 of each month. Now the other problem is that they didn't recharge the SIM card from the 15 to, date and when she asked them they said they will fix it even now nothing happened. We are not happy with the service and want to know how long must she wait for the SIM card and airtime she is paying for.
