Poor service and feedback, phone not operating

We upgrade in January ever sin we are stuggeling with the blackberry. cell c changed the phone after more than 6 weeks. Ever sin we are not happy with the phone, you can phone the branch manager Partick nothing gets sorter out, My daugther is in Varisty in Potch and we can not get the phone to Boksburg branch, Partick said he will arrange for a loan phone in Potch, nothing is being done. I phone he one again yesterday he said he will phone me back after 5 min, Im still waiting for him to phone me, I feel Im paying for a service and not getting It, I demand a new phone ASAP as we can not keep on stuggeling to get hold of my child like this, and she need internet for email communication, with the varsity
