I am a subscriber to MTN for my Internet connection, but constantly having coverage problems. Staff at the call centre cannot/or are unwilling to help. I really cannot understand what their function or job descriptions are. They take your contact details, but no-one get back to you. The only prompt service is the monthly debit order to your bank account, but the time you are without internet or losing money are not their problem. Call centre staff do not want to give tel numbers of next line of supervisors, although they cannot/or does not want to assist. Despite all these problems MTN does not want to terminate my contract to go to another provider. How can one pay for a non-existing service? On request you are even supplied with a reference nr (0057976), which also does not mean anything.
